PBC Refund Policy

1. Event cancellations made by the participant/parent at least 48 hours before the event may qualify for a refund of the event fee, with the exception of non-refundable deposits or advanced ticket purchases.
2. Event cancellations made within 48 hours of the event due to illness or death in the family may qualify for a refund, with the exception of non-refundable deposits or advanced ticket purchases.
3. If you think you may qualify for a refund, please email [email protected] noting event name and reason for cancellation.
4. If the event is cancelled by Purcellville Baptist or the vendor of the event, a full refund will be made, including the deposit.

Qualifying refunds may take a few weeks to process upon receipt and approval of the refund request.
